Practice range
This is only a short 50m walk from the first tee making it the perfect place for members and green fee players to warm up before their round. It consists of a designated tee zone made of real turf (instead of artificial mats) so gives you the necessary feedback to learn proper ball-striking skills. The range measures approximately 220m in length so accommodates a full range of shots for most players. It is then lined at the back by trees so the longer hitters can hit shots and the ball isn't going to be too far away to retrieve! The range also has a number of target flags down the fairway for various distances.
Practice green
This is located in front of the club house and about a 40m walk to the first tee. It has a high resemblance to the greens on the course so makes it a must visit if you want to obtain their feel and speed before taking on the course.
Practice chipping
Our putting green acts as the destination for practising short chip shots from the surrounding area. For longer chips there is an area adjacent to the putting green which can be used. This area contains fringe, fairway and rough conditions, similar to that on the course.
Practice bunker
A practice bunker is located at the entrance of the practice range. Bunkers are located on serveral holes of the course so it may be worthwhile spending some time here before your round.
All the above areas are not considered to be part of the golf course where pre-match play is prohibited, but they are part of the playing area during a golf game.
